Over the past few years progress towards increasing diversity in the tech industry has been painfully slow -especially for women of color - despite increased awareness, corporate commitment, and accountability. 

It’s really frustrating to work in tech and see this situation continue. So lately I’ve been focusing on impactful ways I can work to better understand and serve the needs of folks who are underrepresented in tech, especially when designing and building our products.
